Update 3/2/2026
The water company will be working on the system tomorrow and fluctuations in pressure may occur. Thank you for your patience.
Update 2/18/2026
Follow up repairs to the tanks are underway. Cloudy water indicates air in the line. This will dissipate. You can also run the tap.
Update 2/11/2026
The Lake Tamarack board of trustees would like to thank to LTWC for their tireless work this weekend… The white or milky appearance of the water is due to air in the line. It is not dangerous and will resolve itself if you let the water sit or let it run from the faucet. This condition is temporary and is the result of waterline work done yesterday. If you haven’t already, please consider paying your water bill ASAP.
Update 2/8/2026
Please note, we are aware of reoccurring pressure issues. We will have a crew on site first thing tomorrow to resolve it.
Update 2/7/2206
As the pumps were restoring pressure, well pump No 2 tripped and needs to be reset to continue working. We are aware of it and working on it.
Update 2/6/2026
The LTWC is aware we are experiencing pressure related issues. The system has been reset and the tank is being refilled. We hope to have pressure restored by end of day.
Update 1/19/2026

Please do make sure to pay them in the 1st quarter (no later than March ‘26). Thank you. Please call Anne Marie (973-919-8268) with any issues. Thank you all for your cooperation.
