The Annual Picnic will be on Sat., July 19th beginning at 5:00.

Entree fees are as follows:

- Members: $25.00/household or $10.00/each
- Guests: $10.00/each
- Glass beer mugs: $10.00/each

The menu will consist of Hamburgers, hot dogs, bourbon chicken and clams.

Please bring a side dish and dessert for your table.

We are looking for volunteers for the below tasks:

Prior to July 18th:
-Pick up (4) 20lb. bags charcoal (you can submit your receipt and you will be reimbursed)
-Pick up (10) 2 liter bottles soda (you can submit your receipt and you will be reimbursed)

Friday, July 18th before 5:00:
-Pick up pre-ordered meat, rolls, chicken etc. from Sussex Meat Packing in Wantage

Saturday, July 19th in the afternoon:
-Pick up pre-ordered clams and ice from Shop Rite in Franklin
-Collect Entrance fees for one hour. Time slots are:

    4:30-5:30
    5:30-6:30
    6:30-7:30
